Purchasing/Downloading/Ordering/Billing/Accounting Issues
If you have any ordering, billing, or accounting issues, or if you
have any problems purchasing or downloading the product from the
app store, you need to contact:
Apple, Google, and PayPal do not share any customer information with
us whatsoever or give us the ability to see or make any changes to
your account.

Technical and Content Issues
Paiboon Publishing and Word in the Hand™ Inc. offer e-mail

If you still want to send a support question to Word in the Hand, send

In your email, tell us:
- Your name.
- Make and model of your device/computer:
If Android, is it a phone or a tablet?
If Windows, is it a laptop or desktop?
- Your Operating System:
For Android, you can find out
which Android Version your device has installed by running the
Google Settings app from your device's home screen, then choosing "About"
(it might also say "About Phone" or "About Tablet"), then looking
under "Android Version."
We will respond to your question within 5 business days. We can
answer most questions within that time. However, particularly complex
technical questions might need to be forwarded to Word in the Hand's
technical staff. In this case, we will respond to you within 5 days
to let you know your question has been forwarded, and you should
expect a response within 30 calendar days (typically much more
quickly).

For Android, be sure to forward us the receipt email you got from
Google Play when you purchased (or you can copy and paste the large
order number from that receipt if you prefer) because we need the
Google Play order number to issue the refund.
