Purchasing/Downloading/Ordering/Billing/Accounting Issues
If you have any ordering, billing, or accounting issues, or if you
have any problems purchasing or downloading the product from the
app store, you need to contact:
Apple, Google, and PayPal do not share any customer information with
us whatsoever or give us the ability to see or make any changes to
your account.

Technical and Content Issues

If you still want to send a support question to Word in the Hand, send

In your email, tell us:
- Your name.
- Make and model of your device/computer:
- Your Operating System:
For Windows, go to "Start...Control Panel...System"
or "Start...Settings...Control Panel...System"
to find your Windows version.
- Your Purchase Code (for Windows Purchases):
Your Purchase Code appears in the e-mail you received after your
purchase (it begins with PURCH-), or if you ordered the product
on CD-ROM it appears in a sticker inside the case.
- If your problem relates to downloading the Windows product,
please let us know:
- Your Web Browser Examples: "Firefox," "Chrome," "Internet Explorer," "Safari," "Opera."
- Your Web Browser Version Check your web browser's "about" box (found in the Help menu on Windows systems or the Apple menu on Mac systems).
We will respond to your question within 5 business days. We can
answer most questions within that time. However, particularly complex
technical questions might need to be forwarded to Word in the Hand's
technical staff. In this case, we will respond to you within 5 days
to let you know your question has been forwarded, and you should
expect a response within 30 calendar days (typically much more
quickly).
