Technical Issues
Paiboon Publishing and Word in the Hand™ Inc. offer e-mail
support for the following technical issues:
- problems downloading, installing, or registering a product
- problems using a product on your Palm OS® PDA
- problems with the content (e.g. words, definitions)
Our website offers a step-by-step visual guide to downloading and
installing our products for both evaluation and purchase, so consult those if you have not
already.
Also, please check our Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) list. As customers ask questions, we place the
answers on the FAQ. The answer to your question may be just one click
away.
If you still want to send a support question, send e-mail to support@paiboonpublishing.com.
In your email, tell us:
- Your name
- Your purchase code. If you purchased online, your
purchase code appears in the e-mail you received after your purchase.
If you purchased a CD-ROM, your purchase code appears on a sticker
inside the CD-ROM package.
- Your Palm OS® PDA make/model. Example: "Palm Zire 71"
- If your problem relates to download, installation, or registration,
then let us know:
- Your Desktop (PC/Macintosh) Make/Model Example: "Dell Dimension"
- Your Desktop (PC/Macintosh) Operating System Examples: "MacOS 9," "MacOS X," "Windows 98," "Windows ME," "Windows XP."
- Your Web Browser Examples: "Internet Explorer," "Netscape," "Mozilla," "Safari."
- Your Web Browser Version Check your web browser's "about" box (found in the Help menu on Windows systems or the Apple menu on Macintosh systems).
Paiboon Publishing will respond to your question within 5 business
days. We can answer most questions at that time. However,
particularly complex technical questions might need to be forwarded to
Word in the Hand® Inc. In this case, Paiboon will respond to you
within 5 days to let you know your question has been forwarded, and
you should expect a response within 30 calendar days (typically much
less).
Ordering/Billing/Accounting Issues
If you ordered our product by CD-ROM, contact orders@paiboonpublishing.com.
If you ordered our product by download,
- If you'd like to see the status of your order, ask questions
about payment methods, or resolve a billing issue, contact
our e-commerce provider, Kagi.
- For other order issues, contact orders@word-in-the-hand.com. While we are typically able to respond in a few days, it may take up to 30 calendar days to get a response.
